Platform Policy
The Bioinformatics Ecosystem is designed to support education, research collaboration, and professional development in bioinformatics and computational sciences.
Learning Hub Policy
The Learning Hub provides structured educational programs, diploma courses, workshops, and guided training modules. Participants are expected to follow the academic schedule, complete assignments responsibly, and engage with the learning materials in a professional manner.
Research Hub Policy
Participants who join the Research Hub may have access to collaborative research activities, scientific mentorship, and laboratory opportunities. In cases where laboratory attendance or physical participation is required, students must adhere to attendance requirements.
Participants enrolled in research tracks that involve laboratory training must maintain consistent attendance. If a participant is absent more than four times without valid justification, the system may automatically transfer the participant to the annual research track without prior approval from the researcher or supervisor.
Participants must respect the scientific collaboration environment and work cooperatively with other members of their research team. Since many research teams include international collaborators, maintaining professionalism, respect, and cooperation is essential.
Unprofessional conduct, misconduct in research collaboration, or behavior that may harm the reputation of the scientific team or collaborating institutions may result in removal from the research program.
Freelance Hub Policy
The Freelance Hub aims to prepare participants for opportunities in scientific freelancing and digital research services. The platform provides training, preparation, and strategic partnerships with external freelancing platforms.
However, the platform does not guarantee job placement, freelance project acceptance, or income generation. While participants are trained and prepared for freelance work, acceptance on external freelancing platforms depends on the policies and selection processes of those platforms.
The Bioinformatics Ecosystem is not responsible for hiring decisions made by external platforms or clients.
Refund Policy
The Bioinformatics Ecosystem provides digital educational content and therefore maintains a strict refund policy to protect the intellectual value of its courses and training programs.
Refund requests may only be submitted within 15 days from the date of purchase.
Before any refund request is approved, the system performs an automated review using AI-based monitoring systems and internal algorithms to determine whether the user has accessed or consumed a significant portion of the educational content.
If the user has accessed more than 15–20% of the course or diploma content, the refund request will not be approved. Accessing educational materials, videos, resources, or training modules constitutes consumption of the service and therefore makes the purchase non-refundable.
If the system confirms that the user has not accessed or consumed the course content and the request is submitted within the 15-day period, the refund may be processed according to the platform’s financial procedures.
Installment Payment Policy
For users who purchase programs through installment plans, refunds are not available.
Once the first installment payment is completed and access to the course content has been granted, the user commits to completing the remaining payments according to the agreed installment schedule.
Failure to pay an installment on time may result in temporary suspension of access to the course content until the payment is completed.
However, the user’s enrollment remains active, and once the outstanding payment is made, access to the course will be restored.
Users are not permitted to request a refund after paying the first installment and accessing the course content, even if they decide not to continue the remaining payments.
All installment payments must be completed to maintain uninterrupted access to the educational program.
Support and Assistance
The platform provides several support channels to assist users, including:
• AI-powered assistants such as Ebonics AI for guidance and navigation.
• Customer support services for technical and administrative assistance.
• Live meetings and communication channels for discussing academic or platform-related concerns.
Users are encouraged to contact the support team if they encounter technical problems, learning difficulties, or platform-related issues.
